Exciting Opportunity for a Transformation Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Transformation Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic accounts payable team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with accounts payable and project teams to gain their trust and credibility
  • Work with the business to define and document a full set of user requirements
  • Document the 'As Is' and 'To Be' solution or user stories using standard work and process maps as required
  • Define and document the functional requirements, engaging with relevant digital counterparts and business user representatives
  • Conclude the accounts payable documentation cycle with approvals for both user specifications and functional requirements / Requirements Traceability matrices
  • Post development - transition solutions into user training material, training and scripts
  • Lead all activities from requirement to functional specification, utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Support all testing activities within the project with a strong focus on ensuring full participation from the user community
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business analysis
  • Experience in gathering project requirements for accounts payable using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Ability to manipulate data and present findings
