We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transformation Specialist to join our Finance team at EG Group. As a key member of our digital project management office, you will play a crucial role in delivering user requirements to functional specification documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with program/project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Define and document user requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure effective project planning and execution.
  • Participate in testing activities within the project to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in financial transformation.
  • Prince 2 foundation Certification (waterfall / agile) or equivalent.
  • Experience with various project requirement gathering/documentation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM, SAP Solution Manager, and ProMaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
