We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Business Analyst to join our team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. As a key member of our accounts payable team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our standardisation project.
About the Role:
As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering user requirements to functional specification documentation, handling documentation that enables unit and user testing completion. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with accounts payable and project teams to gain their trust and credibility.
- Work with the business to define and document a full set of user requirements.
- Document the 'As Is' and 'To Be' solution or user stories using standard work and process maps as required.
- Define and document the functional requirements, engaging with relevant digital counterparts and business user representatives.
- Conclude the accounts payable documentation cycle with approvals for both user specifications and functional requirements / Requirements Traceability matrices.
- Post development - transition solutions into user training material, training and scripts.
- Lead all activities from requirement to functional specification, utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Support all testing activities within the project with a strong focus on ensuring full participation from the user community.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will bring a wealth of experience in business analysis. You will have proven experience in gathering project requirements for accounts payable using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Your will also have extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes as well as being able to manipulate data and present findings.
