Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the advancement of a software standardisation project within our Digital PMO function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance Operations to drive the continuous improvement of the project and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ensure effective management of digital risks and controls
  • Work with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, digital counterparts, and external partners to determine end user requirements, functional specification, and end user training material
  • Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain financial models, data analysis, and reporting tools

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Experience of Waterfall and Agile project requirement gathering/documentation methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM, SAP Solution Manager, ProMaps
  • Advanced use of Microsoft packages
  • Professional Certifications including BCS BA, Prince2, Agile or equivalent
