About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team at Hott Source. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
