The role involves conducting scoping literature reviews, preparatory work for evaluation studies including public and community involvement and engagement activities, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, building relationships with relevant stakeholders, assisting with the writing of funding applications, evaluation study protocols, ethics applications and evaluation study reports and journal papers. The postholder will also be involved in conducting evaluation studies.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious health or social researcher with expertise in or an affinity with public health to work with senior academics on research projects that are part of the NIHR Public Health Interventions Response Team (PHIRST Insight).

The Centre for Public Health hosts the team and offers a collaborative and supportive environment for the postholder to thrive in.
