We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable care home in Bury Saint Edmunds, Suffolk. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
- Support residents with personal care needs and encourage them to participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to complete Level 3.
- Previous care experience and a passion for caring for older people.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to deliver exceptional care.
- A kind, warm, and caring nature, with excellent communication and listening skills.
- An excellent salary of £14.87 per hour, with an annual salary of £30,156.36.
- A permanent full-time role, working 39 hours a week through days.
- A range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, life assurance, and access to training courses and qualifications.
