Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, implementing, and managing operational procedures and processes in line with contract and regulatory standards/compliance with enforcement agencies and auditing bodies, including health and safety.

You will need to have experience of managing facilities teams, hold a Frontline SIA badge for manned guarding, and knowledge of delivering security to high-profile sites.

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, plus a range of employee benefits, including life assurance, employee discounts via Perkbox, cycle to work, and access to a virtual GP and health & wellbeing app.
