About the Role

We seek an exceptional Community Field Sales Executive to embody our values and engage with the public at a community level. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be instrumental in generating leads, gathering data, hosting events, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Connect Fibre in your area, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation and data collection.
  • Organize and participate in local events to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring excellent experiences for all interactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the role, including providing feedback and insights from your community.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a mature and responsible attitude.
  • 5 days a week, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
  • Prior experience in field or canvassing sales, with a genuine passion for technology and telecommunications.
  • Effective problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Full clean driving license and DBS clearance.
  • Enrolment in a pension scheme and continuous development opportunities.
  • Business mileage paid and participation in company events.
Schedule and Availability
  • Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Wednesday to Sunday.
  • Weekend availability, with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
