About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mercury Hampton Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling medical capital equipment solutions to hospitals, contractors, architects, and channel partners in the Eastern side of the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the medical capital equipment industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary between £40,000-£50,000, plus an open-ended target earnings (OTE) of £80,000-£90,000. Additionally, we offer a company car or car allowance, a pension scheme, private healthcare, and home office flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the medical capital equipment industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Estimate: £45,500-£65,750 per annum
