Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new membership sign-ups and manage customer events across our venues in the Yorkshire region.
As a key member of our team, you will focus on market opportunities to acquire and retain new customers by delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring a fantastic welcome journey for all new members.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive external outreach and acquiring new members
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Lead a team and manage a department, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
- Maintain good communication skills and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven experience working in large venues, taking accountability for event promotion, sales, planning, and delivery
- A competitive salary range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
