About the Talent Scout Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Scout. As a Talent Scout, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Talking to Great People: You will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates and understanding their career aspirations.
- Delivering Pitches**: You will work with our clients to deliver pitches that showcase their businesses and attract top talent.
- Managing the Interview Process**: You will be responsible for managing the interview process for our clients, ensuring that they find the best candidates for their roles.
Career Progression
We offer unlimited career progression opportunities, and we expect nearly all employees to have a promotion within the first 12-18 months. You can move into a Talent Partner role, where you will work closely with our clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs. There may also be opportunities to move into sales, bringing in new business and delivering pitches to clients.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
