Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service delivery operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop IT service management strategies using advanced ITIL knowledge
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage the outsourced delivery of cybersecurity, cloud technology, and infrastructure management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service delivery management within the financial services industry
- Knowledge of banking products and services or working within an FCA regulated environment would be ideal but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
