In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality benefits programs for assigned markets. Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing benefits programs from start to finish to ensure efficiency and positive customer experiences.
  • Communicating complex information about benefit plans and processes to various stakeholders.
  • Handling day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrollments, status changes, terminations, and claims.
  • Resolving problems and finding solutions related to benefit programs and procedures.
