About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Swatch Group in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote Swatch products to meet sales targets.
  • Assist the store manager in running the shop floor and deputise for the manager and assistant manager.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Swatch products, including their features and benefits.
  • Contribute to the store's monthly sales targets and oversee colleagues on the shop floor to ensure best practice is adhered to.
  • Assist in controlling shrinkage and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Accurately report administration and stock control, and collate sales figures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and the wider Swatch Group teams.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for leading, motivating, and engaging a team.
  • Driven to improve conversion and ensure the store and team meet KPIs.
  • Enjoys developing team members and providing constructive and positive feedback.
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of customer experience.
  • Uses initiative to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running the store and providing ideas for improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail and/or fashion accessories.
  • Experience dealing with international customers.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
