Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Five Education. As a key member of our staff, you will contribute to providing high-quality care and education to young children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Main Objectives:

  1. To support children with SEND in achieving their developmental milestones through tailored activities and interventions.
  2. To work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider team to ensure consistent care and learning.
  3. To maintain accurate records of children's progress and share insights with the team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A recognized childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).
  2. Experience working with children with SEND.
  3. An understanding of child development and sensory needs.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: £27,000 - £33,000 per year
