Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Office Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. They will manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. They will also work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Arrange business trips and accommodations as required.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and proposals as required.
  • Handle basic finance tasks, including transmitting information to external accountants and liaising with accountants and lawyers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer literacy is essential.
  • Able to travel to external venues (UK and non-UK) as required.
