Office Manager and Senior Coordinator

Global Banking School is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Senior Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a high-profile team, utilizing your organizational skills to support the delivery of our ambitious goals for students.
The ideal candidate will have substantial previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment. You will be responsible for managing the diary, internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and supporting a smooth operation of the office.
This is a full-time position based on-site at our campus. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Substantial previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality, maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with information and confidential matters.
- Experience providing insight and analytics that can inform strategic/operational planning and supporting the delivery of that planning.
- Experience in collecting, collating, presenting, and analysing complex data from multiple sources.
- Strong knowledge and competencies in MS Office 365 package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint; Adobe InDesign.
