Position Overview

In a dynamic and innovative environment, your role will encompass two primary responsibilities. Firstly, you will oversee all routine operations, which will involve training and enhancing the skills of various departments in CRM practices, alongside managing and analyzing data.

The second aspect of your position will involve engaging in diverse CRM initiatives, which may entail adjustments to configurations, enhancing user interaction, or modifying data sets.

Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, this role offers flexibility with a hybrid working arrangement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily data operations
  • Serving as the primary contact for all CRM-related inquiries regarding processes and platform modifications
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team and other business units to ensure optimal data quality and streamlined processes
  • Contributing to the long-term CRM strategy

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably InterAction, though this is not mandatory
  • A solid understanding of the technical components of CRM and the integration of CRM data with other data sources
  • Experience in managing straightforward projects
  • The capability to propose process enhancements and innovative ideas
  • A foundational understanding of GDPR and PECR in relation to marketing data and consent
