Role Overview

As a CRM Technical Specialist at Pinsent Masons, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our CRM processes to drive business performance. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, guiding CRM strategy, and supporting project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient CRM processes to support all firm levels.
  • Manage data processes to ensure optimal business data.
  • Lead our CRM training program, ensuring timely and effective training.
  • Support system integrations, process automation, and enhancements.
  • Contribute to a CRM strategy that supports client development and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technology and data integration techniques.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance CRM knowledge.
  • Apply project management skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Collaborate and influence across the firm to drive CRM success.
