Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled CRM Technical Specialist to join our team at Pinsent Masons. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining our CRM processes to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient CRM strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage daily CRM operations, ensuring seamless data processes and optimal business outcomes.
  • Lead our CRM training program, providing timely and effective training to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their roles.
  • Support system integrations, process automation, and enhancements to drive business efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of a CRM strategy that supports client development and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technology and trends, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Apply project management skills and a proactive approach to process improvement, driving continuous growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.
