Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive for GitHub Solutions at Eficode plays a crucial role in propelling the growth and success of our GitHub and Microsoft product lines. You will be tasked with assisting Account Managers in nurturing existing client relationships and uncovering new business prospects. Your expertise in GitHub, Microsoft offerings, and Eficode's unique selling points will be vital in delivering commercial insights throughout the sales journey and addressing any client concerns.

In this capacity, you will serve as the primary contact for all GitHub-related inquiries within Eficode's clientele. Your objective will be to enhance the presence and revenue contribution of GitHub and Microsoft services, aligning with organizational goals. This encompasses negotiating contracts, fostering trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for GitHub across all Eficode clients
  • Effectively expand the GitHub/Microsoft presence and revenue contribution in accordance with business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with other departments
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Assist clients in understanding their Microsoft needs while positioning Eficode as their preferred Microsoft provider
  • Accurately forecast and monitor client account metrics as necessary
  • Maintain precise records within the CRM system
  • Coordinate with Bid Teams to ensure client quotations and proposals are followed through, facilitating any necessary changes
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create demand generation, lead identification initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build strong partnerships with Microsoft to drive referral business and gain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial packages available for both Eficode and the client

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in selling Microsoft products and services, including GitHub
  • A successful track record in closing sales and meeting targets
  • Experience in a customer-centric sales environment
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Prior experience in new business development
  • A demonstrated history of sales engagement and exceeding targets
  • Ability to establish trust with clients and prospects on a daily basis

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a matrix organization
  • Background in a value-added reseller, software, or software services company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

£60-80k, paid annually.
