Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and surpassing sales objectives across a designated customer base within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and exceed all sales targets, focusing on Share of Voice (SOV) Gross Margin and overall revenue.
  • Develop tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations, ensuring a profitable return on investment for BT.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both established and emerging technologies to effectively influence clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and collaboration with broader teams.
  • Create a robust sales pipeline that is three times the size of the SOV target to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at retaining and expanding BT's business.
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and a well-qualified pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with peers and executives across virtual teams and the wider BT and EE organizations.
  • Work closely with finance and pricing teams to understand the profit and loss implications of customer solutions, ensuring optimal margins and competitive pricing.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting, pipeline management, and a deep understanding of customer purchasing processes.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels to strategically position BT's offerings.
  • Exceptional financial and commercial insight.
  • Resilience and determination to meet challenging sales targets.
  • Ability to plan, forecast, and report effectively against sales objectives.
  • Capacity to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work from various locations as required.

Experience Expectations

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within a similar role.
  • Experience in managing change and prioritizing multiple demands effectively.
