We're seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our team at Etch. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth and transformation for our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead teams in delivering consulting projects that resolve complex business problems for clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing robust digital customer experience transformation strategies and implementation plans.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business outcomes. Your strong knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools will enable you to navigate complex projects and deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in delivering consulting projects that drive business growth and transformation
  • Develop and execute digital customer experience transformation strategies and implementation plans
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage a small team to deliver client projects with project managers reporting in
  • Stimulate an environment for innovation and entrepreneurship and support the commercial activities of Etch
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-8 years of consulting experience with strong knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools
  • Strong client relationship building and management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong interest and curiosity in customer experience management, experience design, and customer service
