Position Overview
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Public Fundraising Manager to take on a pivotal role in advancing our mission to empower youth in combating discrimination.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)
Location: Hybrid working arrangement with office presence required
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities
As the Public Fundraising Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our individual and community fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Strengthening relationships with current supporters while attracting new donors.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Development and other team members to explore innovative fundraising strategies.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with a proven background in individual and community fundraising, particularly those experienced in managing events and campaigns. Essential skills include:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

  • A creative mindset, driven by data and a genuine passion for our mission.
