Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)
Location: Hybrid working model with office presence required
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities
As the Public Fundraising Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the organization’s individual and community fundraising initiatives. Your role will encompass:

  • Designing and implementing fundraising campaigns, appeals, and events that strengthen connections with current supporters and attract new donors.
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Development, board members, and colleagues across the organization to develop innovative fundraising strategies.
