WR Fundraising Recruitment is delighted to once again be working with an inspiring and award-winning charity that is tackling complex social disadvantages.

The charity has a vital impact on people held back by poverty, those that are being exploited or abused, those that are dealing with addiction or mental health problems, or are caught up in crime or a combination of all of these issues and more.

This is an amazing opportunity to join their small, friendly fundraising team as a Senior Fundraising Officer.

In a unique role, you’ll cover a variety of income streams including trusts, challenge events and major giving - working collaboratively to contribute to fundraising streams.

The charity believes in personal development and many of the managers have progressed from similar roles.

**Senior Fundraising Officer**

**Up to £39,000 per annum**

**London with Hybrid Working (2 days p/w on site)**

**Full Time, Permanent**

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Provide excellent stewardship to existing donors, including writing reports, arranging, planning and hosting visits
- Manage and develop a small portfolio of challenge events that supporters can take part in
- Providing line management, supervision and coaching to a Fundraising Assistant
- Experience of building supporter journeys for various audiences
- Ability to manage a portfolio of challenge events
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write compelling materials
- The ability to confidently communicate, positively influence and persuade people to support your own ideas
- The ability to analyse information and to research and report
