Position Overview
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Public Fundraising Manager to contribute to a meaningful cause focused on empowering youth to challenge discrimination in all its forms.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (including London weighting)
Location: Hybrid / London office (Kentish Town)
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening/weekend commitments.
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office per week
Some travel may be required.

Role Responsibilities
As the Public Fundraising Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Trust's individual and community fundraising initiatives. This multifaceted role includes:
- Developing and implementing fundraising campaigns, appeals, and events.
- Strengthening relationships with existing supporters while attracting new donors.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Development, trustees, and colleagues across the organization to create innovative fundraising opportunities.
