- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals

- Plan and execute fundraising events, including coordinating logistics and securing sponsorships
- Utilize fundraising software, such as Raiser's Edge, to track donor information and manage campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote fundraising initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and supporters
- Maintain accurate records of donations and ensure proper acknowledgement of contributions
- Monitor and evaluate the success of fundraising efforts and make recommendations for improvement

- Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with donors and sponsors
- Proficiency in using fundraising software, such as Raiser's Edge or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey the mission and goals of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of public relations strategies and tactics for promoting fundraising initiatives
