Culinary Specialist - Dublin

About the Role:

Look no further We are the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland, seeking a Culinary Specialist to become part of our skilled team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your area of expertise.
  • Manage and mentor any Demi-chef De Parties or Commis working alongside you.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
  • Ensure that you and your team maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor portion control and waste management to uphold profit margins.

About You:
  • Strong culinary skills.
  • Experience in a comparable role.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a food service environment.
  • Ability to collaborate positively with others as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate.
