• Prepare dishes from our seasonally evolving menus.
• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation, production, and service to meet our high standards.
• Foster effective teamwork and communication with colleagues across departments.
• Adhere to in-house HACCP and food safety regulations.

• Maintain daily kitchen operational standards.
• Manage your designated kitchen section effectively.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Document food temperatures and prepare necessary reports.
