Job Title: Global Commodity Manager
Job Summary:
Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Global Commodity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our global supply chain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and delivery requirements.
- Cost Management: Analyze and optimize our supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing effective cost reduction strategies.
- Process Improvement: Lead the implementation of process improvements, ensuring our procurement processes are efficient and effective.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
Requirements:
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
