Your Responsibilities as Project Deputy General Manager

You will engage in various project roles across the region, which may include:

  • Launching new hotels and assisting with acquisitions,
  • Filling in for secondments and maternity leave in established properties,
  • Participating in group-wide initiatives, such as refurbishments,
  • All aimed at gaining diverse, stimulating, and varied experience.

You will guide our enthusiastic teams in the daily operations of the hotel to ensure an outstanding guest experience; consistently achieving KPIs and delivering results. To excel in this role, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines.
