Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will engage in various project assignments, which may include:
- Launching new hotel properties and assisting with acquisitions,
- Filling in for management during secondments and maternity leaves,
- Participating in group-wide initiatives, such as refurbishments,
- All aimed at providing you with distinctive and enriching experiences.
You will guide our enthusiastic teams in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while achieving key performance indicators and delivering outstanding results. To excel in this role, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at meeting demanding deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for driven and ambitious individuals with a background as Deputy General Managers in the hotel sector, eager to elevate their careers.
