Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Project Deputy General Manager, you will undertake various project assignments across the region, which may involve:
- Launching new hotels and assisting with acquisitions,
- Filling in for secondments and maternity leave in established properties,
- Contributing to group-wide initiatives, such as refurbishments,
- All aimed at providing you with distinctive, thrilling, and diverse experiences.
You will oversee our dynamic teams in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while consistently achieving KPIs and delivering outstanding results. To excel in this role, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at meeting challenging deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals with experience as hotel Deputy General Managers, who are eager to elevate their careers to the next level.
