We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team on the Hadley Unit, a 9-bed mixed gender Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit in Worcester. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring individuality and privacy are maintained, and communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and other professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct individual nursing assessments and develop care plans in conjunction with patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information to relatives and other professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trust policies and procedures, particularly regarding patient confidentiality and Health and Safety.
- Implement the requirements of the Mental Health Act 1983 and adhere to the NMC code of Professional Conduct.
- Assist with the education of trainees as appropriate.

What We Offer- Competitive salary: £29,970 to £36,483 a year pro rata for part-time.
