Position Overview

We are currently seeking multiple Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic project teams in various locations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drafting correspondence to address matters such as access issues, project delays, modifications, and problem resolution.
  • Managing resident inquiries and complaints through various communication channels.
  • Collecting key performance indicators upon project completion and documenting results.
  • Coordinating appointments for staff and subcontractors as needed.
  • Establishing positive relationships with residents.
Essential Qualifications
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of residents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in IT.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: £24,000 to £30,000.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch break).

Additional Information
  • A DBS check will be conducted at the company's expense.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
