About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Firearms Licensing team as a Firearms Licensing Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient processing of firearms licensing applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage firearms licensing applications, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of firearms legislation and procedures, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
