Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Leader to oversee the Marketing division at the National Trust. This role will manage a skilled team of data analysts and marketing professionals dedicated to evaluating and enhancing multi-channel marketing initiatives and supporter experiences. Key Responsibilities

As part of the Supporter Data & Customer Journeys team, you will be responsible for delivering marketing and audience analytics to various stakeholders within the Trust.

Your role will involve:

  • Developing and leading your team to utilize our advanced marketing and data platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Intelligence, Tableau, and Snowflake).
  • Producing comprehensive analyses, identifying trends in audience behavior, and conveying insights in a clear, actionable manner to assist stakeholders in understanding audience needs.
  • Guiding the implementation of our marketing segmentation strategy to facilitate personalized customer journeys.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper data access for marketing and other departments.
  • Working with IT and Data teams to maintain data quality standards and comply with data privacy regulations.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Proven experience as an organized and inspiring team leader with a track record of developing data analysts.
  • Extensive knowledge in customer analytics and segmentation strategies.
  • Expertise in cross-channel marketing analytics, performance measurement, and attribution.
  • A methodical approach to delivering analytics and insights.
  • The ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights that influence business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to convey intricate information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with databases, data models, SQL, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in creating data-driven customer experiences.
