Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to oversee the Marketing division at the National Trust. This role will guide a team of skilled data analysts and marketing professionals to assess and enhance multi-channel marketing initiatives and supporter experiences. As a pivotal leader, you will establish the vision and strategy for your team, providing valuable insights to the organization regarding our audience and the effectiveness of National Trust marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

As part of the Supporter Data & Customer Journeys team, you will be tasked with delivering marketing and audience analytics to various stakeholders across the Trust.

You will cultivate and develop your team to utilize our advanced marketing and data platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Intelligence, Tableau, and Snowflake), assisting them in conducting thorough analyses, identifying trends in audience behavior, and communicating findings in a clear, actionable manner that aids stakeholders in understanding audience needs. You will also lead the implementation of our marketing segmentation strategy to facilitate personalized customer journeys.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, building upon existing foundations to ensure appropriate data access for marketing and other Trust areas. You will work closely with IT and Data teams to uphold data quality standards and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Proven experience as an organized and motivating team leader, with a background in developing data analyst teams
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in customer analytics and segmentation strategies
  • Expertise in cross-channel marketing analytics, including channel performance and attribution
  • A methodical approach to defining and delivering analytics and insights
  • The capability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights that inform business investment decisions
  • Strong communication skills to convey intricate information effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with databases, data models, SQL, and marketing/digital analytics tools
  • Expertise in facilitating data-driven customer journeys and experiences
