About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Lead to join our Analytics team at Harnham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation and lifetime value analytics
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Lead a team of 3 analysts in delivering high-quality reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Proven experience in customer analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Previous management/mentoring experience
