Lead Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team at Harnham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to inform business decisions
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
- Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools
- Previous management/mentoring experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
