Lead Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team at Harnham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining customer segmentation models to inform business decisions
- Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Providing actionable recommendations to improve customer lifetime value and retention
- Leading a team of analysts to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
