Job Title: Lead Customer Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business in the retail industry as a Lead Customer Analyst. As a key member of the Analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics, focusing on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics.

You will work closely with various teams across the business to provide actionable insights and recommendations, leveraging your strong SQL experience and data visualization skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to line manage a team of analysts, developing their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term reporting and analytics
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Line manage a team of analysts, developing their skills and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience
  • Core customer analytics experience
  • Experienced in data visualization tools
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Previous management/mentoring experience
