Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Lead to join our Analytics team at Harnham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term reporting and analytics to inform customer segmentation and lifetime value strategies
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of 3 analysts, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Proven track record in customer analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Previous management experience, with a focus on mentoring and team development
