Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance service and small projects across a multi-site defence contract in London. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an engineering team to deliver a seamless customer service
  • Manage client expectations and develop an excellent client relationship
  • Deliver against KPIs and work with SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, and Compliance (SFG20) legislation

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing an engineering team
  • Experience of managing client expectations
  • Experience of managing small projects up to £100k
  • Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety, and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
  • Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing, and communication skills
