Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance service and small projects across a multi-site defence contract in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver a seamless customer service
  • Oversee maintenance service covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical / AC service streams
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Manage subcontractor performance and site compliance

Requirements

  • Experience of managing an engineering team
  • Experience of managing client expectations
  • Experience of managing small projects up to £100k
  • Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
  • Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
  • SMSTS & IOSH Tech
