Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance service and small projects across a multi-site defence contract in London.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance, and developing an excellent client relationship. They will also be responsible for delivering a seamless customer service while managing our maintenance service covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, and Mechanical/AC service streams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract. They will also have experience of managing an engineering team, managing client expectations, managing small projects up to £100k, delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs, and good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety, and Compliance (SFG20) legislation.
