Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Building Solutions Team (South) in the Defence sector. This role will involve overseeing multiple projects, developing client relationships, and managing subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects across the region within the Defence sector
  • Provide project direction, focus, and consistency across the project
  • Manage regular interaction with the client
  • Manage performance of sub-contracted delivery teams
  • Financial management of project
  • Review project schedules and budgets
  • Set up and maintain the project risk and issues strategy and processes

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience
  • SMSTS & NEBOSH
  • NVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management
  • Experience of managing commercial projects
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Adept at managing costs and sub-contractor performance
