The Opportunity
Finatal collaborates with a private equity-backed enterprise specializing in B2B services within the automotive sector.
This position will partner closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications to deliver strategic insights and innovative design for our HR systems, particularly focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding. Your primary responsibilities will include integrating SuccessFactors modules, overseeing business-as-usual operations, and supporting ongoing enhancements in line with organizational needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in building internal capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic insights on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding modules.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director of People Services Hub and related teams, offering guidance on the potential of Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
- Facilitate decision-making within the unit regarding Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding content and developmental priorities.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap from conception to execution for the HR system.
- Plan and implement the short, medium, and long-term product roadmap for SuccessFactors offerings.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for HR systems.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for Tier 2 level issues related to SuccessFactors products.
- Drive continuous enhancements within Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding.
- Build internal capacity and capability to manage and enhance Employee Central as a reliable source of accurate workforce data.
- Oversee a team of three direct reports, ensuring their performance, development, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish a strong partnership with Yash Technologies, our third-party support vendor for SuccessFactors.
- Engage with the HR leadership team to identify their needs and translate them into system improvements.
- Own and maintain the technology roadmap for SuccessFactors, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Act as a senior consultant, providing recommendations for system enhancements and optimizing HR processes.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., SuccessFactors Professional Certification).
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors products (strategic and delivery).
- Proven track record in defining HR lifecycle process system support from implementation to adoption/enhancement and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR systems management, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their integration with technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of best practices in HR technology and system administration.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
